Request prescription.

You are our patient and need a repeat prescription for a medication you are already taking? Send us a short request here — we upload the prescription electronically to your e-card. You can then redeem it at any pharmacy of your choice, without the detour through the practice.

For patients with an Austrian e-card: the prescription flow uses the Austrian electronic e-card system. For patients without an Austrian health-insurance card, please call us directly.

What you should know

  • We issue repeat prescriptions only for medication that has already been discussed in our practice.
  • For a first prescription or a change of therapy a personal appointment is always required.
  • The prescription is uploaded to your e-card — redeemable in any Austrian pharmacy.
  • Processing usually within 1–2 working days within our opening hours.
